The Colorado Springs Fork & Bottle is one of the city's best-kept evening-out secrets...

It's an event put on by Ruth Washburn Cooperative Nursery School, a parent-owned cooperative that's been an institution in Colorado Springs since its founding in 1961.

In 2005 we held the first Fork & Bottle as a way to raise funds for the school. It was well received, and so we've kept it up.

It's a great way for the community at large to enjoy a superb evening out... sample some of the best fare from the city's premier restaurants and caterers... and support our school, too.
